Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (Delivery Date) to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at info@strapsuits.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label (for defective items) or instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Important Refund Conditions & Notes
The strap must be unused (no bending/creases, buckle tongue not inserted through any strap hole), in unopened original packaging, undamaged, and include all accessories, tags, and protective film.
Return deadline: Must be completed (package shipped) within 14 days of product receipt. Late requests may not be accepted. Used or partially used straps: We will charge a restocking fee of up to 80% of the strap price, depending on condition, as the item can no longer be sold as new.
Non-returnable cases:
-Used or damaged straps
-Missing original packaging or accessories
-Customized or personalized products (unless there is a quality issue caused by us)
International returns:
Because we ship internationally, we don’t have prepaid return labels available. If we’re processing a partial refund, we’re happy to consider covering the return shipping cost, we can simply deduct it from the remaining balance of your order. However, for a full refund, we’re unfortunately not able to cover the return shipping fee, as we have no way to reimburse it separately. In that case, the return postage would need to be covered by the customer. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience.
International returns 2:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties/fees. Please ensure the package complies with Hong Kong customs requirements.
Refund Issuance
-If the product meets all refund conditions, we will process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) after we receive your returned watch strap.
-For promotional / sale items, a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price will be deducted.
-Final sale items and bespoke/customized items are non-returnable (except in cases of quality defects caused by us).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
