Please note that all packages are shipped from our central warehouse in Hong Kong.

Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (14:00) Hong Kong Standard Time (GMT+8), Monday to Friday, will begin processing on the same day.

Handling Time: We process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Weekend Processing: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- We offer transparent, flat-rate shipping and a simple free shipping threshold. Please note that we currently only ship to the United States.

Free Shipping Offer: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over US$75.00. This discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping Fee: For all orders under US$75.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of **US$6.90** will be applied.

- Shipping Availability (Exclusions)
- While we ship to a wide range of destinations, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to remote islands, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update in the system after the shipment notification. - You can track your order using the "Track Your Order" link in our website's navigation menu. Taxes and Duties
All applicable taxes and duties are prepaid by Strapsuits. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be responsible for any additional customs fees or duties upon delivery (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid). - Order Cancellations
- We can cancel an order for you if you contact us immediately after purchase.

Before Shipping: If your payment is complete but the parcel has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order for a full refund.

After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then utilize our Return Policy.

Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated transit time, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier.

Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer you a choice of a reshipment of the order (subject to stock availability).
